- Explain the purpose of a Value Stream Map, the process for creating one, and the outcome of doing so
- Create a Value Stream Map using a practical case study
- Analyze waste depicted by the Value Stream Map
- Understand the transition from a Current State to an improved Future State
- Learn about coaching and management methods
- Practice conveying Lean thinking and principles to your peers
- Introduce the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) formatted problem solving process
- Create an understanding of the A3 thinking process and how it can be used in problem solving
- Practice the process in a group setting
- Learn how to lead efforts with the tools learned during the week
- Better understand your role as a leader in Lean transformation
- Understand Lean implementation as a change initiative
- Understand how to improve results in your organization and become a Lean transformation leader

Director of Andal Group, he leads M&E Consultancy and
Corporate Management Consultancy. With nearly 30 years of
experience in reputable MNCs, he held senior leadership roles
globally. His expertise spans Business and General
Management, Strategic Management, Lean Six Sigma, Business
Process Engineering, Operations Excellence, and Project
Management. Ts Ir. Hj. Riwayat is a seasoned professional in
both local and international contexts.
